We also look at; land title, legal access, construction milestones and their payment percentage, how the project is to be financed, managing partners and branded partners, etc. We then look at the developers well-intentioned rental return package and its terms and conditions, how flexible are they? How big is the development, how many units are earmarked to be built and is the projected completion date feasible?
All this information and more gives us a great indication on whether we list and promote the development or not.
