Phuket luxury property development Istana has won three awards at the recent Bloomberg sponsored International Property Awards held in Shanghai.
The awards now in their 17th year attracted had nominated property from across the Asia- Pacific region all hoping to win an award so to see Phuket do so well is a clear indication that few locations across the region can compare to the luxury property for sale in Phuket.
Istana luxury development consists of 19 individually designed luxury villas with full west facing sea views all designed by one of the world’s most renowned Architects, Gary Fell from GFAB. Awards were won in the categories of Best Architecture Multiple Residence, Best Development Multi Residence, and Best Development Marketing. With these awards the winners then go on to participate in the “World’s Best” to be held in London on the 12th December.
Last year’s World’s Best Penthouse was won by another Phuket luxury development, Kata Rocks.
