One of the things that separate Phuket from the majority of paradise holiday islands across the world is the high standard of infrastructure. When you compare Phuket’s to somewhere such as Koh Samui, you see a massive gulf in class and the facilities and options on offer. The roads, shopping centers, hospitals and golf courses on Phuket are plentiful, perfect for those investing in the Phuket property market.
The latest addition to Phuket’s shopping options is the Benzy Mall on Wairat Hongs-Yok Road, just south of Phuket Town. The B100 million complex is expected to be completed by July 2012. One of the interesting features of the mall will be a mini-waterpark centerpiece. The units in the mall available for rent have already been taken, which is great news straight off the bat!
CEO of Benzy Mall Co., Wiphas Patarapoomtawon, said, when interviewed by The Phuket News, “We believe the area along Wirat Hongsyok Rd has great potential as a new business quarter.
“Our project also supports families and young people who can join in various activities. In the future a new international school is planned for an area close to our project.”
Phuket has some of the best real estate options in South-East-Asia, and with more infrastructure to compliment this world-class holiday destination, the sky is clearly the limit for future Phuket tourism.
