Last week was an interesting week. People just love to come and live in Phuket, it just has one of those magnetic and alluring atmospheres. Last week was busy busy on the property listing side of things. We listed four new properties on the website, three of which were from the developers of the Andara Villas & Resort and the brand new Andara Signature Villas Resort. Both developments are situated in Kamala and are home to some of the most desirable and high-end villas in Phuket.
The fourth Phuket property we listed last week was an amazingly affordable one bedroom apartment at Ocean Breeze, Layan. This condo shows the opposite side of the Phuket property market – a classy apartment available to buy for less than 5 million THB.
