Phuket villas and resorts are yet again picking up major accolades, proving once again that we are at the top of the food chain when it comes to hospitality, real estate and tourism. The Andara Resort & Villas at Kamala has scooped second place in the TripAdvisor reader’s pool of the 25 Most Luxurious Hotels in Thailand.
The TripAdvisor website is one of the most trusted in the world when it comes to checking out the travel scene, without flashy marketing text directly from the businesses that is aimed to tell you all the good bits but not the bad stuff. TripAdvisor, generally, gives you the real info about hotels and resorts, so coming second in the poll is a massive confidence booster for Andara, although they always seem to make their own luck!
The Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok came in first, although some of Phuket’s other resorts cam in very high. Trisara Phuket came in at a respectable 13th, and Phuket’s JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa was positioned at 15th.
