Everyone loves a good party, it’s human nature, and nobody loves a party more than Thai people – it’s in their blood! Work is in the pipeline to organize a two-day beach party/concert on Karon Beach in either September or October that is expected to pull in 80,000 people. The concert is also expected to generate 40-50 million THB in revenue, said project manager Kittipong Jeamtrakan when talking to Phuket Governor Tri Augkaradacha this week.
Although the dates have not yet been specified, the venue will be Karon Beach. Top bands from England and Europe alongside international and Thai DJs will perform at the concert.
”It will be positive for Phuket after so much bad news recently,” Khun Kittipong said.
