After a recent spate of accolades being awarded to some Phuket’s best real estate developments, we have another one, or should I say two, to add to the ever-growing list for 2105. The prestigious World Travel Awards 2015 took place in Singapore on the 29th October, which saw the luxury Phuket resort/development, Kata Rocks come away with two awards.
The resort has been known as one of the island’s best for quite some time, but at the Hong-Kong ceremony, Kata Rocks picked up two awards in the ‘Asian’s Leading New Resort’ and ‘Asia’s Leading Resort Villas’ categories, flying the flag for Phuket real estate.
The awards are decided by leading travel agents worldwide, cementing Kata Rock’s place as a tourism leader in the Asia-Pacific region. The World Property Awards are one of the most prestigious around, dubbed as the Oscars of the travel industry, so last week’s success isn’t just for Kata Rocks, but for the Phuket property market as a whole.
