Thailand’s Real Estate industries prestigious property awards have announced the individuals, developments and property companies that have been nominated in this year’s awards. This annual event held in Bangkok in November is the highlight of the Thai and more locally the Phuket real estate industries year book.
The developers and players in the Phuket property market always set the benchmark for outstanding gated mixed use developments, private pool villa, stylish condominiums and luxury sea view villas. I am sure clients looking for a Phuket home for sale keep an eye on these awards to see what’s hot in the current market.
The awards cover all aspects of the industry from architecture to villa management and of course property agents from all over Thailand but in particular Phuket property agents. The awards are independent and nomination comes from inside the industry with a panel of property experts overseeing the whole voting and awards procedure. This is what makes the Thailand property awards so special.
And again this year I have been fortunate to have been nominated for Best Residential Property Tgent in Phuket for the second year running and Best Property Consultancy . I have been lucky enough to have twice been up on the stage collecting the winning awards for past projects and would like to thank all those that nominated me for this year’s award.
