Phuket always likes to host international events. Indeed, they are extremely important when trying to uphold a worldwide image. The Phuket International Boat Show is one of the island’s most coveted and important international events, so it was great news to hear that the event has secured its venue for the next five years by signing a deal with its long-term host, the Royal Phuket Marina (RPM).
Andy Dowden, the show director said that the organizers are laying, “strong foundations for the next decade”, continuing by saying, “Over the past decade the event has seen continued growth and is the undisputed leading consumer boat show in Asia. We are very happy to announce the signing of a five-year agreement with current home and official host venue going forward, Royal Phuket Marina.”
The 2014 event will run from the 19th to 12th of January and promises to be yet another success with an exhibition with a size of 2,500sqm where you will find lots of indoor and outdoor displays and more than 60 boats docked in the marina.
We look forward to the event over the coming 5 years with the confirmation that the Phuket International Boat Show will stay at the classy Royal Phuket Marina.
