Prime Real Estate was born in December 2009 (ahhhh!)
The Company was then run by Barry and Julie King and right up until December 2017 when Barry and Julie moved close to their families in the UK.
They focussed on listing the best properties across Phuket, specializing in midwest coast properties around Laguna and the surrounding area. Barry was very hands-on and was renowned for giving a very professional, unbiased and tailor-made property service to both buyers and sellers. The company grew and became very successful; he was one of the leading agents on Phuket and collected a number of awards and accolades along the way. In fact, his company tag line has not changed to this day and remains; “The right agent makes all the difference”.
Today, not much has changed apart from a refreshed website and a new office kettle. Prime Real Estate still delivers the same high-quality listings from around the island and our focus remains the same, to offer a very personal and professional, unbiased service, hand-holding both buyer and seller through the property transaction process from the choosing the right property for the buyer, all the way through to the completion and hand-over. This month is also very special to Prime Real Estate as we celebrate our 10th Anniversary with the Auction sale of Villa Sawan in Trisara, Naithon, one of the most impressive and largest private residences in Southern Thailand. As the sole Listing Agents, Prime successfully marketed this stunning property across the globe resulting in the auction attracting more than 28 separate bids and finally bringing the hammer down at a price of USD 9.1 million.
