Over the past 10 years or more, the ‘Battle of the bands’ events have become increasingly popular. Live music disappeared a little bit at the start of the millennium as dance and hip-hop took over, but over the past decade bands and live music is back with the masses. If you are a fan of rick music, the ‘Battle of the Young Bands’ event will be taking place at Hard Rock Café Phuket on the afternoon/evening of the 2nd May.
Legend Music will be hosting the event to find the best young bands of 2015 in Phuket. Bands with members ranging from 8 to 17 years old are allowed to enter the event. The show will be taking place from 3pm until 7pm on the 2nd May.
The winning band will walk away with 25,000 THB, 2nd place gets 15,000 THB and 3rd place will receive 10,000 THB. If you are a fan of live music, get down to the Hard Rock Café to support the stars of the future.
