The Goverment of Thailand has unexpectedly annouced that the reduced property tax incentive will be extended for another two months from its March 28th deadline. The incentive has been a great help to the Phuket property market, and was a high contributing factor for the very strong property sales over the last few months on completed units. My advice is to act fast if you are thinking of investing in property in Phuket to take advantage of this reduced tax incentive.
