We would like to start this article by wishing everyone who visits our website or has supported Prime Real Estate in any way a very happy New Year for 2012. It has been another great year for us, picking up nominations once again at the 2011 Thailand Property Awards, which is always a good indicator that we are doing the right thing by our customers and the Phuket real estate market in general.
It is safe to say that the year has ended on a more positive note for Thailand, with the elections finally completed and a new government in place, which has made everyone a little more confident in the stability of the country.
The Bangkok floods did have a few hearts in mouth for a while, but that has now been resolved and those that had family and friends lost in the devastation, and those who lost their livelihoods have been vigilant and are now moving forward.
As you can see on the streets of Phuket today, high season is in full swing and as popular as ever with holidaymakers from across the globe. Let’s hope this positive attitude propels us into 2012 and we can continue the epic growth (with common sense) over the next 12 months.
