If you are a big fan of sports and live in Phuket, June is a great month or you guys. On Sunday 28th June 2015, the ultimate showdown between Rugby and Cricket will commence at the Alan Cooke Ground (ACG) in Thalang, and promises to be a day to remember.
This unique Cricket Vs Rugby challenge will see the Phuket Cricket World XI take on the Phuket Vagabonds with a double header of both cricket and rugby. Cricket and rugby matches between the two teams will both be played on the 28th, to see who can claim complete dominance over both sports.
Lots of fun and laughs are guaranteed and there will be raffles, prize giveaways, food and drink for all the family. There is also a ladies rugby match planned for the day, so that should also be interesting.
