Phuket is one of the best places in Asia to play golf. With an all-year-round temperate climate and wonderful playing conditions, Phuket has 10 golf courses spread over 6 different clubs, offering golf-lovers a vast selection of courses that suit players of all levels. One of the most renowned courses on the island is Laguna Phuket GC, nine holes of which have been out of action all year.
Great news is just in that Laguna Phuket GC has now reopened the front set of nine hole, newly renovated and upgraded. The back nine holes is still under renovation and will be ready by January 2015. The new look course has been redesigned by Nick Faldo Design’s Paul Jansen.
Starting from now until he end of October, the green fees are a very affordable 1,800 THB, which is a bargain price when compared to the club’s normal green fee prices of 3,600 THB.
If you are a golfer on holiday in Phuket or a resident, you need to get over to Laguna and try out the newly designed front nine right away.
