As Thailand’s tourism demographics evolve and change, so does the Phuket property market. I remember a time when the south-side of the island was the most popular in real estate terms. Areas such as Rawai, Nai Harn and Chalong used to be the Phuket destinations with the most new development… however, times have changed.

It makes sense that these three mentioned areas are now seen as the best places to live for Phuket expats because of the quality of the beaches, relatively short distances from Phuket International Airport, and also the growing infrastructure.
