How quick is 2012 passing us by? I seemed to have blinked on Christmas Day and we are already moving into March! It’s been a great 2012 so far for the Phuket real estate market and the Phuket tourist market as we are now moving out of high season. The International Blues Festival took place last weekend at Laguna Phuket and was, as always, a resounding success for everyone involved. This Phuket Festival has becomes a stalwart festival on the island over the past seven years and has plenty of years ahead.

Other great news from last week is the Asian tourist influx seems to be living up to what has been projected over the past year or so, with Chinese visitors to Thailand at an all-time high, which is tremendously positive news for Thailand tourism as a whole.
