We always harp on about the infrastructure on the Phuket, which is some of the best in any tourist region across Thailand, and especially good for an island. News is just in that Thailand’s Mall Group are set to launch a brand new 150 rai project in Kathu with lots of retail options, a hotel and amusement development.
The project will be called Blu Pearl Phuket and will be located in Kathu near to the Tesco Lotus that is situated on the road leading over to Patong. The project will be expected to be worth 20 Billion THB. Alongside the upscale retail and a themed hotel/resort, the plans to build a large water-park are also in the pipeline.
Kathu is already a popular place for expats to reside, largely due to its convenient location between Patong and the commercial park near Phuket Town, not forgetting the Loch Palm and Phuket Country Golf Clubs. Well, that location is about to get even more convenient when Blue Pearl Phuket is launched.
