Everybody involved with Phuket has long talked about Nai Harn Beach being one of the best on the island. It seems on every travel website that when talking about Phuket they say how great Nai Harn beach really is. It has always been a favorite of mine for sure!
It is now OFFICIAL that Nai Harn has an amazing beach. The bible of world travel ‘TripAdvisor’ has ranked Nai Harn Beach number 6 in the top ten beaches in Asia. The list was released on Wednesday and was compiled from the feedback and suggestions of millions of travelers who have visited the region.
Nai Harn is the only Phuket Beach to make the list, although Railay Beach and Phra Nang Beach, both in Krabi Province ranked 3rd and 5th respectively! That means that Nai Harn is the third best beach in Thailand!
Number 1 went to White Beach, which is located on Boracay Island in the Philippines.
Surapol Svetaseni, the governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) said, “Thai beaches are unlike any other beaches in the world, whether you like playing extreme water sports or taking sunset photos along the beach. There are always interesting things to do on Thai beaches.”
