In August 2011 my wife and I decided to purchase a ‘holiday home’ in Phuket. We had visited the island several times previously and considered it an ideal place buy. When I visited the Thailand a couple of weeks later Barry met me at the airport and spent the next couple of days showing me around and introducing me to all the relevant people. One of the problems in buying a house ‘off plan’ 7 thousand miles away from where you live is you cannot keep abreast of the progress. Barry has been and visited the site on occasions and given us regular updates, which is of great comfort when you can’t see it for yourself!
