This week I had the great pleasure in visiting a small boutique development located in the highly desirable Kamala district. Kamala Mews is only 300m off the main road making it a 5 minute journey to the shops and Kamala’s best asset its beach . The development is 6 town homes all with a built up area of 300 sq.m of which 196 sq.m is covered , all 6 Town homes come with their own generous sized private pool 4 m by 10 0r 4 m by 11.5 m .
What makes this project stand out is the good honest value for money, you get a lot for your money especially compared to other projects in the area. Ownership is a protected leasehold strucure with prices ranging from 7.2 million to 8.7 million Thai baht. In my opinion this development offers great value and is under priced so act quick as the first two show homes will be completed by July 2010, and once these are ready for viewing I don’t see these 6 townhomes taking too long to sell.
