Oxygen condominiums is one of my favorite developments and with the resort fully complete and only 7 units remaining I would like to list my reasons why I think this is one of Phuket investments headliners.
Oxygen BangTao is only one of two low rise condominiums built and more importantly registered in Phuket in the last 20 years. So you have all the security of foreign freehold ownership title yet have the space and feel of a Luxury Villa.
Oxygen is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
- For those trying to take it easy there is a shuttle service to the beach club and the local shopping.
- Location, location, location. BangTao, Surin and Laguna have everything you need from high end restaurants, world class spa’s and Golf to restaurants on the beach where you can have your toes in the sand eating fresh fish for a 100 baht.
- Credible developer, with over 350 villas built in Phuket.
- Choice of 3 or 4 bedroom units.
- Swimming pool, it is rare to get a pool you could actually exercise in but with Oxygen’s pools, reaching an impressive 15 meters.
- Proven rental program, Oxygen’s first year in the rental market had occupancy levels at 60%.
