It’s that time of the year again folks. Is it me or is time quickening? The year has once again rolled by at a rapid rate as we approach Christmas and the beginning of 2014. This year has seen Phuket solidify its position as one of the world’s greatest tourist destinations with an ever-evolving real estate market that is in the healthiest state we have seen over the past few years since the economic downturn in 2008.
This is a year that we have seen numerous new developments appear in Laguna Phuket, finally making it a place where you can find any kind of property to suit any budget or taste. We have seen an eclectic selection of new developments, both pool villa and condos, popping up all over the island. Cape Yamu has solidified its place as one of the most luxurious up and coming regions on the island, while the Surins, Bang Taos and Nai Harns of this world have continued to flourish in a real estate sense.
We have many reasons to celebrate 2013, and moving into 2014, I am sure we can expect much more of the same.
