It’s been a busy year for Prime Real Estate Phuket, and we would like to thank our readers and clients, and all the tourists visiting our beautiful island over the holiday period and 2012 in general. Without the holidaymakers, all this could not be possible on Phuket Island, so we always need to bear in mind the needs of the tourists if we want to continue creating a world-class holiday destination.
At the start of 2012, the market was still a little unsteady as the world still reeled from the economic problems that have blighted the past two or three years. However, the growth we have seen over 2012 really has positively affected every part of business in Phuket, and we are very thankful.
We have seen not only more success of new developments constructed in Phuket this year, but also the predicted influx of tourists from across Asia, especially from China and Korea. Couple this with the increase of flights into Phuket International Airport and arrival figures greatly increased from this time last year and you can see that everything is currently healthy in Phuket.
So here’s to a great 2013, with the hope we can recreate more of the same in 2013. We would like to wish you a belated Happy Christmas and a fantastic New Year!
